I believe he is looking for amounts of the fluids, poor wording.

Engine, with filter..........5.1 quarts [1]
Cooling System, Initial Fill..........8.1 quarts
Manual Transmission, SCYM (6-SPD)..........3.2 pints
Differential, Rear..........1.5 pints

As for the brake and clutch those don't have a specified amount just buy a can of super blue and you will have enough to completely flush out both. Words of advice, if you do flush out the brake I recommend you swap out new brake pads all around. If you are on worn pads and do the flush and fill, you could forget later when you go to install new pads and force the piston back into the caliper, thus causing the extra fluid to come out of the reservoir. Also be careful with the clutch flush/bleed it is easy to suck air into the slave cylinder and not know it. Things will be ok initially until the air bubble migrates, then your clutch pedal will feel squishy and your clutch won't fully des-engage. The S uses DOT 3

Windshield washer fluid amount...........................................R eally? Just get a gallon and fill it up till it is full.
