Default Electrical Problem

I am experiencing minor electrical problems.
1 - When I want to turn on the car, the electric power seem like as if there isn't enough, as if the battery is at the end of its life, though I checked the battery with a meter at a shop and he told me the battery is perfect as well as when the car is off
2 - When I'm idle the dashboard electric power seem to blink as if it has low power when you rev a little the lights gets clearer
3 - sometimes when it's idle it doesn't respond when I push on the throttle immediately. But that happens like every 15 minutes.

Have you ensured your connections to the battery are good and tight? Do you own, or have access to your own volt meter so I could run you through a few things?

most likely battery or alternator. did you make sure the terminals are clean and tight, like white smoke mentioned? maybe clean it with baking soda and water to remove the sediment deposits (if there's any)

throttle response might be an isolated case unrelated to your electrical problems. check the slack on your throttle cable just to be sure. it only takes a second.

Yes. Your going to what to measure volts DC. Put your red meter lead on the pos battery terminal and the black on your engine block with the car running and already warmed up... What's your reading?

Now check the reading with the meter connected to both battery terminals with the car running. Not the cable connectors, but the terminals themselves.

Report back and will go from there.
