What can i do to the 2001 s2k to make it drift worthey on the track

remove front swaybar and add forced induction.

You can drift it stock. Alignment, brake pads.

No, but some skills required. And a roll bar/cage in case you flip. Organized drift events like Driftday require a 4point in the S2000.

if you were in San Diego, a couple of my boys hold Drift events called Drift Circuit at the stadium. Well, actually, no more. That was until Megan Racings 350z Crashed into a tree.

What you can do is gain some driving skill by learning to high performance drive before you attempt to drift.

Safer? No relevance. Easier to slide, maybe, but not necesarily safer.

These cars dont have traction control do they? Certainly not on my earlier AP1.

So what wouold be needed in the way of pads? Better front pads?

And the same for tyres? Do I alter them only on the rear?

Im guessing it would help with some springs or shocks too.

What does removing the front sway bar do, does it just stiffen the chassis a little less?

Im still pretty new to this car and the drift scene so any help with the above would be great
