Default deleting smog equipment with piggyback

does the e-manage ultimate or the apexi vafc2 have the ability to ''ignore'' signals from your evap and smog equipment so your mil stays off? i am installing this engine in an ae86 and want the stock ecu perfectly functional minus smog and evap equipment.

thanks
