Default comptech icebox installation problems....

hi,

im in the process of installing my comptech icebox intake into my 00 s2k... i have hooked up all the wiring and stuff but have hit a little glitch. The airbox does not line up with any of the holes...does this mean i would have to drill custom holes? i was under the impression everything would line up perfectly? if someone with this intake kit pls post pics of where you install the screws or drilled the holes.

thanks.

did you replace the stock air box bracket by the headlight, with the one that comes with the intake? i hade the same problem. i read the instructions and it said to replace the bracket. it makes the box sit at slight angle to match all the holes
