Cleaning headlights
i had the same problem, i bought new ones from honda. U can buff them with a highspeed buffer but then it might last a few months and they will turn yellow again.
Maguires make a product, i think its called plastic x, it will clear your lenses if its not too fogged up. you can also use the laminx clear tape to keep it looking new

I heard that you can use 3M sand paper
start with
1500 rub all direction
2000 rub all direction
2500 rub all direction
finish it up with 3000 rub in all directions then buff
it work for my other car havent tried it yet on S2K

had this problem with a lot of my older cars-especially dodge cars... no matter how much i buffed it and made it perfect seemed that the problem came back almost all the time. i think the best solution but quite costly one is just to replace them.
after that, try and keep the plastics away from direct sunlight. be cautious where you park etc. of course that is easier in some states than others but...
the clear coats helps and should be applied every time you wash your car.(i did)but if you try and apply after there is damage the clear coat seems to make it worse. fix it and then take better care of it the next time around. my 2 cents
