Wasn't really trying to flame, just wish that people could make up their own minds.

And to be honest, I think chrome HRE's would look pretty sick on an S2000.

if u wanna turn heads for cheap forget the spinners and chrome and the s2000 for that matter

get a 93 geo metro and get a super mirror tint job done. put a 2 ft custom spoiler on the hood ( again i said the hood) then get a couple cans od duplicolor chrome and paint the car with that.

this is definate the setup you want, if you want to turn heads.

i want the setup the makes your head snap, its new its called KART and F1 cars!!

There is some really messed up logic in this thread. People saying that chrome doesn't go on a performance car is like saying gunmetal wheels makes your car go faster. Chrome is simply a color (don't get technical, you know what I mean) Its all about personal prefrence.

Throughout this whole thread I only heard the mention on ONE wheel company. The criticism should be about the choice of what brand of wheels not the freakin' color of them.

For all who criticize chrome on a sports car answer this question:

Which wheels would make your car go faster, chome Advan's or silver Advan's?

its not the color of chrome. its that chrome is associtated with big and heavy

nobody gets 15" chrome wheels

15" spoon wheels are acceptable tho

Like I said before, people are concentrating on the color instead of the brand of wheels. I know many people who run 14 and 15 inch chrome Weld racing wheels.

However, this thread is pointless becuase the chick who started this thread is probably talking about getting gauty *** 22 inch lead shoes, but my point is that the color of the wheels doesn't make a difference, its the BRAND of the wheels that should be the debate.

Chrome, silver, gunmetal, pink, yellow or gold wheels has no effect on performance only looks.

My .02, the s2k is a sports car. The body is supposed to be the attention getter and the wheels compliment the body. Blings wouldn't work on an s2k. Maybe thin spoke 18's if anything, but nothing excessive. A cadillac can have blings because the wheels are where you get your attention.
