nope, it doesn't.
camber/caster kits are mainly for strut type assemblies where reduction in height effects the lack of adjustable camber. in a shock type of setup, this isn't needed. the only thing that you would gain would be the shock travel.
also, don't buy stuff just to buy stuff. watch what you buy, carefully, and invest in a good alignment if you change out the springs/shocks/coilovers.

To add, if you've lowered your car beyond the "useful" geometry and suspension travel, raise the ride height.
