AP1 Question Inside...
What would I need to fit AP2 headlights into an AP1?
Also does anyone on here have the Amuse R1 front bumper on an AP1? Every time I see that bumper on an S2 its always on an AP2.
Thanks for any of your help...

In order to have th AP2 headlight to work, you'll also need the 04 and up balast, ignitor, and I forgot the last component in order to work. But it's a straight forward swap exception of one screw hole alignment along the bottom side. That's about it. Give me a moment to think what that last component was.
*Edit*....the last component is a small wire.
If you don't feel like purchasing the Balasts, ignitors, and wires, you'll have to do lots of small modification and also you'll have to relocate the AP1 Balast(make custom brackets). The AP1 Balast is a pretty big square peice that goes underneeth the headlight assembly. And, as for the AP2 Balast, it's slightly smaller and rounder. Basically, it'll be clearance issue.
In the end, the cost of of the swap is pretty expensive if you buy everything new. I think a pair of new AP2 headlight is $700'ish. And if you add the balasts, wires, and ignitor, it's another $300'ish. I would suggest finding a salvaged AP2 assembly in a junkyard.
