Default ap1 coolant over flow problems

Hello everyone, I am currently having some problems with keeping my car at regular temperature. I recently installed a comp tech intake and the installation went smoothly. I double checked the lines to insure that they were in there proper place. I noticed that the car was riding a bar higher than the usual and I'm not sure if thats usual? After a drive on the highway when I got off I noticed steam coming from under the hood. once the hood was opened there was coolant everywhere. After refilling the coolant I noticed that the cap doesn't lock tight. The car doesn't over heat but i have had to constantly fill the overflow tank. Does anyone know what could be the problem? I was thinking maybe just buy a new tank but wasn't sure if its going to continue?

Any help would be much appreciated

Highly possible there's air in the cooling system. I think there's a current thread on S2Ki regarding this.

Check the radiator end tanks for separation and check the filler neck for cracks. You might need a new rad.
