Default ~Help~ Radio Code??

So my moms S2000 didn't come with a owners manual, so therefor we don't have to code for the radio. The battery went dead.. now no tunes for her....

Can ya help a brotha out??

I have all the info off the radio.. so let me know...

i had to fax them proof of ownership in order to get it.

i found it about a month later in the "secret compartment" It was written on a sticky note that said "your welcom" on the bottom lol.

turn the radio off, hold 1 and 6, while holding 1 and 6 turn the radio back on. it will display an 8 digit code, post the code it displays and i'll get you the radio code.

who steals factory radio anymore. it's not like the s2k radio is that desirable. it's doesn't even play mp3.

i'm the third owner of the car and i don't have the radio code either. i've been very careful not to disconnect the battery.

StockBlockDOHC, i would appreciated if you can get my code.

Agreed. It's so bad Honda put a little door to hide it.

yea.. First off, I'm not a kid, I am 30. . . .My mom doesn't want a new radio because she likes the controls on the left of the steering wheel. Already tried that route... cause I agree... this radio is garbage!!

Just never got a book. I called my honda dealer.. and they wanted $85 bucks to plug it in to a computer... ha.

I will get the 8 digit code... thanks!

if they said they have to plug it into a computer they are lyin. all they ave to do is log into IN and get it there...i can do that from my house...usually the writers at my dealer just give it to the customers at no charge. now if for some reason we have to pull the radio to get the serial (not all of them you can 1 and 6) or the serial sticker is mia then we charge the 1 hr.
