I may have one of the highest mileage model year 2007s. I have over 16,000 miles already and I bought it new at the end of this February. I wonder if anyone else is in my shoes, and also have some issues to share.
1. Check engine light is on (from primary O2 sensor malfunction). I was told it was a potential recall by someone here on HT and S2KI.
2. Every once in a while, it will pop out of 6th gear.
3. The plastic piece on the side of the catchers are simply placed in there without being riveted/secured down, and they rattle a lot.
4. The infamous MY06 and MY07 fuel curve dip in the low rpm range, causing you to bog a bit when starting out in a low gear.
I will be taking it to the dealer to have them resolve #1 and #2 under warranty. What about you guys?
UPDATE 10/31/07 (~21,000 miles)
1. Dealer resolved the O2 sensor issue. The primary O2 heater circuit was malfunctioning, so they replaced it. It hasn't acted up in the last 3K miles or so. Unfortunately, the dealer scratched my lip, but they manned up and repaired it for me.
2. The top now doesn't close correctly. One of the bars doesn't flip back fully, so the top doesn't go all the way down. I feel that if I force it, it'll rip, as I can see the catchers putting stress on the fabric. If I manually push the bar back, the top operates fine. I know this was an issue on older models, wasn't aware that new 07s would have the same. I will be bringing it back to the dealer again for this.
3. The rear calipers will sieze sometimes when I engage the E-brake. The will not fully disengage when I put the lever down. Incredible amounts of heat will come from the brake handle area. After the drive, walking by the rear wheels, you will feel very high heat coming from the brakes. The rims are too hot to touch for more than a second or so.
I initially brought it to the dealer for excessive heat coming from the transmission tunnel. They couldn't find anything at the time. I thought it was the O2 sensor, but eventually determined it to be the E-brake. It only happens when using the E-brake sometimes, regular braking doesn't affect it. I always park it in gear now instead of using the E-brake. Back to the dealer for this one too.
4. Popped out of 6th gear once in about 3K miles. Still can't determine if I wasn't fully in the gear or what. When in 6th and pushing on the lever, there is definitely quite a lot of force resisting it going into neutral, so I'm at a loss.

None here, thankfully. It's quite lucky that everywhere I park from day to day (home and work) my car always happens to face away from the sun. The passenger compartment is rarely under the sun during any part of the day.
Until recently, I routinely drove 120 miles a day (60 miles one way to my gf's house, where I basically live). Now I realized I need to keep the mileage down a bit, and save on gas. So I stay home a little more.
Car popped out of 6th this morning driving to work.

Search the subject on http://www.s2ki.com and you'll see some S2K dashboards that have small bubbles in them. Under warranty, the dealer will replace it for no charge, however people are worried since they are replacing with the same dash. It may happen again at a later date, when it isn't covered under warranty.

Hey i was just re-reading this ..
#3. "Incredible amounts of heat will come from the brake handle area." Now when you say incredible so you mean scorching? Because I do notice heat near the E-brake (center console) area when I drive .. more warmness if anything.

Twice yes, it was "incredible heat." I had a set of keys on the floor against the transmission tunnel and I couldn't even pick them up!
You could feel very hot air coming from the hole where the E-brake is. Now when the calipers are siezing, abnormal amounts of heat come from the area, but it's not as pronounced as those two times. Normally, there isn't much warmth at all.

I've had my 07 since nov-06 and i'm coming up on 14K miles. Issues i've had so far:
1. About two inches of weather stripping along the windshield came unglued.
2. I have two small dash bubbles. (I think it happened when i went to palm springs this past summer and it was 120 F.)
3. Annoying rattle in the top latches. I found a service bulletin for it and had the local dealer take care of it. http://www.s2ki.com/stor/libra...x.htm
Other than these minor issues, the car has been great.

1. i got the weather strippping problem 2inches.
2. chk engine light for gas tank and 02 sensor
3. The infamous MY06 and MY07 fuel curve dip in the low rpm range, causing you to bog a bit when starting out in a low gear.
4. slit in the soft top cuz the metal bracket rubs wrong on the cloth.
and to top it off my uncle hit my door on the first month... and i cant really hit him up ta fix it cuz its family...
About your dash bubbles!!!
My friend had his dash replaced at the local Honda Dealership and they forgot to trasfer his VIN plate! If you have your dash replaced, MAKE SURE you double check to see that it's there!!!
He doesn't feel comfortable taking his car back to the same dealership, and Honda is telling him that if he wants the problem fixed he HAS to, or his warranty will be VOID!!!
BE VERY AWARE OF WHAT THEY DO WITH YOUR CAR!!!
