2018 Ruckus just rebuilt the motor runs great till you go wot on the throttle them it bog down with the air filter intake connected unhook the intake hose runs great . I've put new carburetor on did not help . I've checked the valve clearance they are right on I've even changed the stator/starter I've changed the cdi box nothing I've done has helped I've worked on a lot of ruckus I'm just at a loss right now on what it could be . Just need some help T
