My dad and I have recently bought a '07 ruckus from a coworker of his. I've ridden it many times before and it seemed to be working fine but when I went to start it, it didn't work. Thankfully it still starts with the Kickstarter.
I'm still in highschool and I'm very much broke so I was wondering if anyone had anyways to identify the problem before commiting to buying replacement parts. I'm pretty sure the battery is working fine and I know it's charged. I'm in a little over my head so anything would be greatly appreciated.

**Edit** I fell like I should also mention that I don't hear that clicking when holding the electric starter.
