Yea you will pick up a few hp, and if you aren't looking to spend an arm and a leg for a header, then go for it, just don't bolt up the B pipe bracket to the back of the block, there have been several instances of them breaking off(mine included).. you don't need to bolt that up anyways.

 

Looks exactly like mine. Better deal then I got too. I'd jump on those. Mine don't leak, and flow great. Not to mention they were about 10lbs lighter then stock. Only thing you'll want to do is buy a header gasket, then hold it up against the flange and see how well it matches up. I had to grind mine out just a little here and there to make it perfect

 

The Si (2.3) header is lot more constrictive than the H22 header; your 2.3 will love you for just about anything other than the stock one.
