Default wiresize

alright i read in the honda tuning magazine that the spark plug wire size greatly affects your higher rpm consistency....

i had 8.5mm wires and now have ngk 7mm.....ive noticed 8.5 helped carry me through the rpms in vtec much smoother.... anyone have any comments on this

also where can i get the accord euro r intake manifold for the best price and do i get the spacers wit it?

Why don't you change back to your old wires then if they worked better for you? As for the IM, clicky

temple of vtec did a comparo a long time ago and OEM wires won over ngk, accel, msd, and all the other aftermarket brands.

they all caused misfires where the oem wires didn't.

I'm not suggesting anything. I'm telling you that they did a test and those were the results. Interpret them however you like.

I don't see any reason to change ignition components unless you have to, you're not going to make a noticeable amount of power with spark plug wires, so why mess with them? The ignition system is the most sensitive circuit on the car, the less messing with it the better. I run ngk wires but almost want to switch back to stock.
