Default Will an auto diff work in a manual trans?

I'm looking to build a mutt transaxle and was hoping someone could shed some light on things, since I have an auto trans at my disposal to use as parts (if possible) in building a manual trans.

1) I'm wondering if the diffs are interchangeable between the auto and manual transaxle?
2) Also, are 4g and 5g diffs/gears interchangeable?

The only info I can find is that the MFactory final drives will fit all H22 trans', except Type SH and factory LSD. However, they list no exceptions on the fitment of their H22 LSD...

3) So, does this mean you can't take a factory LSD and put it in a non-LSD transaxle or that you just can't swap the final drives from an LSD to an open diff?

::EDIT:: Damn it. After searching and posting, I found a (fairly recent) link in the FAQ, which answers my third question, possibly negating the first two: https://honda-tech.com/zerothread?id=2392970&page=1
