Default wheel size

hoping i could get some wheel size info for a 98 lude, including the offset of the wheel and the size - is it 16X7. I'm buying some Motegi MR7 wheels and their dimensions are

# Size: 16" x 7"
# Bolt Pattern: 4 on 100, and 4 on 4.5(114.3)
# Offset: +42mm
# Weight: 20 lbs/wheel

i was just wondering how close the stock wheels are to these as i want to use the tires off my stocks. thanks in advance.

edit: fortunately, a 4x100/4x114.3 wheel won't fit your car

I agree, not to mention 20 lbs a wheel for 16's? Hope you aren't concerned with speed, those will slow you down.

As an owner of MR7's, I'd honestly say go for some other wheels. Those things are some heavy beasts. I bought my lude w/ them on it but will be putting other rims on it very shortly. Too bad you're looking for 16's, as I'm in St. Louis and could sell you mine for very cheap but they're 18's.

stockers are 19-19˝lbs, so a butt dyno won't see a difference....though i agree with finding something lighter
