Default wheel offset question

I know this has been covered before and I did check in the archives, but I still wasn't sure how to read the offsets.

I have a 5th gen lude and I wanted to put some rota subzeros that were 16X7 with a 5X114.3 45 offset.

Will these fit ok or should I go with the 40 offset they are offering?

Thanks guys and thank you for your help

should be fine with +40, +45 may be a lil too high positive looking for you; however both should work... 45 may scrub a caliper...

I respectfully disagree... I think that the +45 offset would be a better choice than the +40 offset, especially seeing as how the factory offset is +55.

+55 ? where you getting that? +45 maybe but +55? that wheel would be completely flat... no lip, nothing, and im sure would be super tucked in the wheel wells...
