whats the difference between
Ceramic headers are made of a mild steel with a ceramic coating which keeps more heat inside the header and less heat in the engine bay (right?). A stainless steel header is most likely made of 304 stainless steel, which is very high quality. Performance wise, a ceramic coated header might cause exhaust to escape a little quicker due to higher heat inside the header. But quicker exhaust flow also depends on the design of the header. A good header for this is a RMF, which has very long primaries to trap heat and speed up the exhaust flow.
ok i no this is quite random but i have a question and you seemed like the person i could talk to.. o k well i have a 2001 honda prelude and its burning oil like crazy and my check engine light keeps on coming on. i had my friend look at it and he started changing my oil. things were great until i took it to a real specialist. they told me he had made things worse and on top of that he stripped the bolt to the oil pan. what should i do?
