I also haven't heard any horror stories about the O2 sensor bung. Can you clarify this, Gabe?
A while back some people that were installing DC headers were having the primary O2 sensor threads striped during the install of their header (I've heard of at least 3 people that this happened to). The DC headers either didn't have the correct size thread tapped or tapped them incorrectly. As we all know O2 sensors are not cheap and to have one ruined because DC can't do a decent job of building a header is unacceptable. Anyhow DC has since fixed the problem (as far as I know) but I still wouldn't buy anything they make.

Oh, NOW you tell me.

If I go for the JRSC, I'll probably get a better-quality header than my DC Sports header. A Mugen header (to go with my Mugen exhaust) would be nice, but I may consider the Spoon header...problem is, I will have to have either a custom collector made, or use the stock collector.

....or you could go with a custom 2.5" Kamikaze.

(and end up purchasing a 2.5" cat)
