Depends on what you want and how much you want to spend.
Power -> Header, exhaust, testpipe/high flow cat are the next logical step. After that pulleys, maybe a VAFC or standalone ECU. Then head work.
Handling -> A nice set of coilovers on a lude does wonders. Koni and GC or Teins are the best way to go a ccording to most people here. I have koni's and GC's. Then a strut bar.
Looks -> Maybe some nice rims??
Just my .02

Yea! After I installed the AEM V2 you can feel a little more pull~~~ Also you can hear it for sure! Sounds prettty good... Espcially in Vtec! I use to have an aem short ram, but v2 feels a little better...
For testpipe and high flow cats, is it really needed for good preformance? I have notived alot of ludes with check engine lights one and you could also smelll the fumes~~~ Is it okay to have the stock one and have headers and exhaust running through that???
THANKS!!!
THANKS!!!

A good high-flow cat (Carsound, Catco) won't produce any nasty fumes like a test pipe does. The stock cat will become a restriction once you start doing more mods.

I think this topic has been covered somewhere between 1,000 and 5,000 times...all you gotta do is search.
But, long story short, there is no "best" part to buy for your car...just the one that's best for you (i.e. looks cool, fits your budget, performs fairly well in bench tests, etc.).
Just get what you like. Formulate your own opinion. If you want to know what we like, read some old posts. You're going to find a million differing opinions on what the best set-up is...

If it was me and I was planning to mod a 2000 model car, I would only look to upgrade any parts that are in need of changing. If your exhaust is starting to deteriorate (doubt it is), that would be the first thing I would change.
With that said, that's why i am not a fan of modding newer cars. There is NO WAY I would be able to justify modding a car that has perfectly good parts on it. That 's what made my 92 Prelude so fun 3 years ago. When i bought it, it needed new tires, brakes, header, exhaust, and a few other major items in need of replacing. That's why I got it for a good deal too. Needless to say, I had fun modding my car.
Anyway, if you don't know what you want to upgrade, look over your car and see what it about to fail. Then start researching for better options for replacement, i.e Brake pads, tires.

Okay dude. If I were you, and I had a lude(use to have a 92si) the first thing I would focus on is wieght reduction. The prelude is one of the heaviest coupes for Hondas. I would then look into a really good set of Drag radials. From there you will already notice a hell-of-a-gain. Get the best bolt-ons(if you desire)you possibly could because those "little things" matter. It will come down to your tuning. Tuning will be the key in the end result.
technically a type s intake is better, but the difference is negligable
anyways i think you should prolly spend money on an auto tensioner swap
from the looks of it, i can you dropping 1k-2k on stuff and then one day the auto tensioner is gonna fail and i'm gonna read a post "my car is knocking and i don't know what it is? i have I/H/E, stickers etc"
so basically just maintain your car FIRST and then go out and buy some mods
