Default what to do...

I have about 900 spending money and have a few ideas but I don't know what I should do. cam gears? cams? pulleys? CF hood? what would give me the most power besides NO2?

From your sig I don't know if you have an intake yet, so you'll want to get one of those--some type of fuel pressure regulator would be good, ignition and cam gears, if your budget allows. After that, and some other minor bolt-ons, you should start working on the internals, like the cams. Bigger cams won't yield a big difference unless you have some of the other stuff first

big cams on a vtec motor yield amazing differences.
get them for 500-800 (i forget), and a FPR for another 50-150 to tune them

i'd go for cams. crower has a good deal on cams, and you could also get some valve springs and retainers while you're at it. after that, chip the ECU to take full advantage or the cams. you'll see some nice gains.
