The h22A1 is the USDM 190hp
The h22A is the JDM 200hp
(can't remember the year ludes it was in or when it switched to the h22A4)

Also note that the H22A1 has a closed decked head, and the H22A4 is a Open Deck head.. Close Deck is better for FI, Open Deck better for Normally aspirated applications.

in an open head the cylinder wall are self supporting and coolant flows all the way around, while in a closed head, the cylinder walls are reinforced so that coolant flows in channels around it.
