I've never seen a service like that before but the paint won't match well I can garuntee it. There are far to many variables that have to do with your paint job on the car. It will probably be acceptable looking and most people will probably not even notice but it won't be exact.

yeah x2 on the paint wont match. they will paint it the color brand new from honda. wont be color matched to your car. will stand out like a sore thumb to you. i bought parts for my lude that were the stock silver but you can see the difference i notice it badly but others dont. like he said many variables come into play. i say your better off buying a used pair at a junk yard or ebay and having a shop color match

The lights you posted are not side marker lights, they are side bumper lights... I'm just assuming, since you did not mention your bumper being damaged, you're thinking these lights attach to your fender, which they don't.

If you broke this light in an accident I'd assume you also damaged your front bumper? Just thought I'd mention this before you purchase them without needing them.

However, If your side bumper lights were damaged, then yes those would be an okay replacement, however you run the risk of them leaking and fogging up. The factory Honda orange/amber lights will be of better quality and some people like amber colored lenses better than clear, but really It's up to you. Also, I don't know how strict stuff is there, but my car didn't pass safety test once because I did not have any amber reflectors in the front of my car... I use clear bumper lights on my 4th gen, which I easily swapped with the factory amber ones to pass. That's something else you may want to consider.

Amber lights aren't illegal, that's what Preludes come with from the factory. But clear lights wont look bad on your Silver car, if you like how it looks then don't worry about what other people say. I would say go with the clear ones, unless you think not having amber would be a problem. Here are a couple of nordic mist preludes with the different bumper lights...

Also, If you're getting your car painted in june, I dont see a need to get a prepainted fender that's gonna get redone in 3 months. Just leave the dented fender until you're ready.

What exactly are you trying to repair? What's broken? I got into an accident and had to replace my front bumper cover, hood, and headlights. It's not that hard, just time consuming that's all. Grab a buddy, and a 10mm socket and get to work. That price for the one you showed seemed liek it was wayyyyyy to much.

That's where I got mine from. Fit was PERFECT, OEM honda fit down to the T. Only problem was it got kinda mushed in shipping but nothing I couldn't take care of. They even offer to paint it for you OEM Honda color if you tell them your code and I think that's still only around 100$ bucks plus shipping. So do some shopping you can probaly find a better price!
