Default Weird Stutter/Backfire

Ive searched thru all hesitation/stutter threads from previous problems which i fixed (example. EGR ports, cap/rotor,plugs/wires etc.) Recently decided to replace my fuel filter while the car ran perfectly and i replaced it with a Honda oem replacement. After driving the RPMs felt better, then the stutter began. Stopped at idle, its fine and it has sudden misfire and becomes fine again, never turning off. Also while driving random some stutters at any rpm. but the weird part is i can drive fine, with no problem but if i accelerate all the way it causes a stutter that sounds like a machine gun, like a non stop backfire, and i can let go and keep driving fine. so i can cause the stutter when i want by accelerating all the way. i also notice its caused when im stopped with the A/c on or when im turning it stutters bad. Once again i bought a new fuel filter thinking that one might be damaged. And no change, has any one had symthoms similar to these? Im familiar with other types of hesitations like i mentioned that the threads have helped me fixed in the past. any advice would be helpful thanks alot.

Ignition problem? Not sure why the p/s would cause a problem, though.

Well im guessing its a fuel problem because when the wheel is turned at a complete stop, ps usually raises idle/rpms by a couple hundred while the ps pump works as you turn the wheel. Well its then when my car stutters. assuming its when it receives more fuel.

-update, maybe someone can help with some advice. i think it may be caused by a vaccum leak. After searching im guessing it may have to do with my brake booster leaking. because if i pump my brakes my rpms go up to about 2000 and drop to 0 and back to 2000. keep doin it the more i pump them, even after i stop pumping, rpms keep fluctuating for about 5 more seconds. Being the cause of the stutter. I also noticed if i give it gas slowly the car will not stutter, only when giving it full gas or sudden accelerations.

-Another option after searching was the PS pump. its not making noise. but the car is garanteed to stutter if i turn the wheel and drive off. and it starts bogging and hesitating really bad. now idk if these two things are linked to the same problem. or they may be 2 individial problems. any advice would be helpful.
