Default weird decrease in engine power???

about 2 weeks ago i noticed a little less pull from my engine!?!? i can't think of anything that may have caused this! it's very slight but i can notice it. it's driving me nuts cuz where i loved the power the most was in second gear and thats where i feel it slowing down a bit. there are no weird dips in the power band and vtec still hits. it's just like a general and uniform power drop throughout the rev range. it hasn't gotten any worse which is good but i still wanna figure this **** out!! please help!! here is a list of things i'm gonna try:
1. clean air filter
2. new spark plugs and wires
3. new fuel filter (how do i do this?)
4. have everything thoroughly checked at a shop
any suggestions??? sorry for the 10,000 questions but u know how it is wen ur baby is sick! lol thanx a million!!

Check your Catalytic Converter....mine broke up and clogged my exhaust, mine was a fairly significant power loss, but ya never know.

So many things.... Did you change fuels? Heard some states changed their premium from 92 to 91 octane and will retard your timing!
