Vtec or not?

how much would it cost me or around how much would it cost me to vtec my 92 prelude it has the f22 motor in it right now if i am not mistaken, or is there any other way i can get alot more power out of it.. alot of people seem to tell me to get a better engine so i am wondering does anyone know how much they run for everything i would need to do so..

I'm new to the boards so try not to flame me to much for this question, ok? thx lol

2200-2500 for engine,ecu,ect and 650-950 for install...

It's more economical to swap an H22 into a Si. You can recoupe some money selling off the H23 since there is more demand for H23 parts over F22 parts.

He has an f22.
