Icon5 Vtec or non-vtec?

Hello all, I have some doubts the car that recently adquired. It is an Honda prelude year 2000. I really do not know if it is Vtec or non-vtec. And if is non-vtec, what could I do to convert it into a Vtec, really love this car and want to make him faster. Of course, an idea of much it wil cost? Here is a photo of the engine
PD: number engine is F22B1270236.

Someone swapped and robbed u of vtec.

Hopefully u weren't sold it masquerading as a vtec model, which all 5th gens are from factory

Edit: out of market 5th gens, as in out of the us, came with F22b engines, so depending on your location u may not have been "robbed of vtec" so to speak. Iirc they also even had 4 lug 5th gens in some markets
