it is if you dont have huge plans. if you have basic bolt ons and want to maximize the potential of those parts. if you have intake headers exhaust you can crank out another 5-8 whp through the vafcII and clean the curve up real nicely compared to stock. of course tuning is a must. here is a link to show you the gains this guy got out of his.

http://www.absoluteprelude.com...ID=83

if you notice there is a huge dip in the dyno chart and instead of continuing to dip once the vafc was installed it smooths out completely. the torque also stays for a while longer.

i have a vafcII obd2 that you can have for 225. it also has a plug and play harness. pm if your interested.

You are literally thousands of dollars away from nitro+turbo, and I'm not even talking about the money you have to shell out for that stuff. I'm just strictly speaking about your engine.

agreed...you cant boost and throw nitrus on a stock h22..your off you damn meds if you think its going to last. your going to need new pistons, rods, sleeves, vavletrain just for starters...intake mani the list goes on dude...you want to do it the right way...and the right way is going to take atleast 5g's easy.

Noob of the year award for you

You should research before you do "TURBO AND NITRO".

hell just grab a bottle of "NAWZ" and a leaf-blower turbo and mount it somewhere, maybe under your fender? then just open the nitrous bottle before you drive off and let it spray into the leaf blower. hahaha

slow..alright let me hit the track this summer and ill post up a couple time slips for you to **** yourself over. ricer.

Ive looked over ur last 50 posts and there is nothing useful in any of the bullshit you spread on this forum, your just a useless waste of bandwidth and hardrive space. Its annoying little kids like you that give import drivers a bad name, with your little punk attitude. Its funny how tough people can be when they are hiding behind their keyboards. If your ever in PIR (portland international raceway) let me know so i can drive up there and smash your teeth into the back of ur throat.

its 4 in the morning, im half drunk and actually am bored....besides i like to do my research smart guy. If this idiot had something half intelligent to say then i wouldnt rag on him constantly. But all he does it go around talking nonsense and bullshit on other peoples threads. Spreading misinformation and just plain being an asshat. So, to answer your question smart guy, If you want to go ahead and do some research i have answered many questions since i have been here and have been a helpful member to this board. So you can take your retarded statement and stick it up your ***. ill have to excuse u though because you are from canada, i shouldnt expect too much from you.

you just gotta be careful what kind of vtec controller you're buying, and what you're doing to suplement that. if you buy one of those shitty controllers that actually just change the point where vtec engages, and nothing else, you need to get your fuel maps adjusted manually and so on. it just runs into problems.
