Default Valvetrain upgrade...

I know my car doesnt make power after a certain RPM because the valves cant snap shut quick enough. (I think they call that valve float or something) I notice my car stops making power at about 6700rpm. If i were to get a valvetrain upgrade would it make more power after that point?
Just wondering...

your car will make more power WITH A 5 SPEED TRANSMISSION SWAP!!!!!!!! lol comon man its like 20+ hp with that swap.

No reason is gettin an upgraded valvetrain with OEM cams, they dont make power after that, ESPECIALLY ON A AUTOMATIC CAR.

Are the cam profiles smaller on an auto, does anyone know on a 5th gen ?

upgrading the cams, pulleys, and valve springs and retainers will help you make more power in higher rpms, it will also help keep your engine from getting damaged if you misshift from like 3rd to 2nd instead of 3rd to 4th.
