I wouldn't make changes until you dyno tune..

lowering the x-over may help a bit. But you could run into other problems like running lean etc.

the only way to make any real gains is on the dyno

yea i know the best is dyno tune but it cost so much over here in austin texas it's like 225 an hour crazy price.......so there's no other way to see what's wrong with the lag? could it be my plugs?

my X'over is at 4500 and yea it doesnt pop as hard but on the dyno i gained more power like this... $225 is insane, i was complaining at $150 an hr. but dyno time is essential.

Dynojet248
Mustang Dyno

also before the Hondata and my dyno time i street tuned it for the crossover to hit @ 5000rpm's instead of 5250. just save money and dyno it

Well for one, the crossover you have is too low. I found that 4700 was the best place for my engine. However your engine may like it better somewhere else.

The only right answer to your question is take it too a dyno. 225.00 is alot for 1 hr of time, try going to a different shop.

There are 2 different Apexi "power excel" shops in Texas. They would be the best places to go in my opinion.
