Default Using premium fluids

Its time to replace my power steering fluid. I read on the valvoline synthetic bottle it says not recommend on honda engines. What do you suggest i use.

Also Whats a good brand or brake fluid to use.

I personally use fluids from the dealership. That is what I recommend for you. Honda PS fluid and Honda brake fluid. As always, Honda coolant if you ever need it.

I guess if you want to use some "HIGH HORSEPOWER FLUIDS Y0!!" you can try dot 5.1.........which is pointless. I guess it raises the BP and it has maybe more lubricating properties?..........who knows.

Only use genuine Honda power steering fluid, it has properties specifically designed for the seal types that are used by Honda, for the rare time you change P.S. fluid it's not worth the gamble of other fluids. The rest you can get away with other brands, like brakes, oil etc as long as it's the right spcification.
