I wanna upgrade my engine, internals etc to make it rock solid and be abl to handle high performance mods such as nos and turbo. What would you recommend upgrading?

Header, Exhaust, Forged Pistons, Head Gasket, Valves, valve train, Sleeves, cam gears, camshaft, billet rods? Anything else?

You have no idea. Header and turbo? Best to just call a shop and ask them how much it will cost you to have them do it all.

Ive got someone to do the work for me but Im gonna buy all the stuff in from the US as I live in England (its a lot cheaper that way)

 

First decide which way you want to go. All motor, nitrous, turbo, or supercharged. Then do the detailed search for what parts you need. There's a lot of information, too much for us to answer on this thread. Just search.
