Default type s or base

I don't know weather to buy a type s h22 motor or buy a normal h22 motor. Wats the difference and I will be doin mods to one of them I want a 11 sec car

The type s is a much nicer motor IMO. Better cams, more compression and 20 more HP among other things. Now if you want an 11 second cat its going to take ALOT of money. Like in the $20K region. Or you could just go buy a V8 car. Much cheaper. Sounds like your new to this so you might wanna hold on to your money and save for awhile while you research. The search button is your friends.

Bahaha!! By the time you have an 11 second Prelude it won't matter what H22 you started with.

Whatever internal improvements the type S has over a base H22 will most likely all be replaced by the time you run 11s.

What is your plan for 11s?

ya man its a slim chance your going to hit 11's with any of those motors stock, everything will have to be changed out. if you want to run 11's get the base h22 and rebuild it

changed out into a motorcycle..
