transmission problem.
I was riding my car like normal then and then suddenly when i had to shift i felt that the shifting seemed to be harder.
When i stopped again i didn't even get the chance to put it in 1 3 or 5 gear.
2 and 4 and R go
its seems when i put it in 1 3 or 5 the cable pushes back.
What could this be?
I need help fast

have someone in the car try and move the shifter through the pattern and look at ALL the connections for the cables, first look if the shifters on the transmission are moving, they are located right under your intake pipe coming off your throttle body. if you cant find anything obvious that is blocking the shift levers or cables then remove the cables from the shift levers on the transmission. this is done by removing two cotter pins with dyke's and pliers. And try and move them physically with your hand under the hood, they will be slightly stiff but should still glide into each gear and STAY in that gear, if there is any shifting problems here that means your transmission is FUBAR'ed. if your transmission shifters work, then its gotta be a bent/kinked shifter cable or a broken part in the shifter assembly
