tranny issues HELP!!

my friend has a 96 prelude automatic and when it upshifts its shifts hard but when it downshifts it is smooth any suggestions??

If your friend has a *****, tell him to sell it and buy a 5spd.

If your friend has breasts, tell her to take it to a shop and have the tranny flushed/refilled.
