I'm analyzing your charts just for pleasure at work and noticed that you achieve over 1G lateral acceleration on corners... Do you drift then? Lude can take near 0.8x G in normal conditions (but can't describe what is "normal" though).
I have similiar project to yours, but I think about logging things direcly from ECU...

no, I don't drift. The G sensor is calibrated to the Earth G, so it should be accurate.

On the last graph, your water temp is going up to 98°C.. did you solve your headgasket problems ?

So 0 means 0G? Wow that means you are in state of weightlessness sometimes when accelerometr shows -1G

Yes, 0=0g, but there is still 1g pushing you to the ground, so it's not weightlessness.
