Whats up guys, I have been messing around with my tps trying to get it working for a few days now. I finally got an Multimeter out and tested out the voltage to the tps, Ground/Continuity is perfect, but the yellow and red dont seem to be getting any voltage? I spliced open a little bit of the wire and attach to, and they both are pretty much showing no voltage, I had the key in the "ON" position, and all that good stuff. I can completly unplug the tps, and the car will act no different, so something is iffy here, but I am the worst with wiring, and hoping someone here has some insight.

The car is a 94 prelude S, with an F23a1 swap, Stock ECU (p12 or p13? Whichever is the non vtec, and 3 plugs)

 

Check and see if the map sensor is showing the same thing. If so, the ecu could be bad.

 

You do not have a P13, that is for an H22. Double check your ECU code.

 

Also you should be checking first just the connectors. One will be ground, one will be 4.5-5 volts and one will be signal.
