Top Speed limiter?
So, ive been trying to figure out if there is a top speed limiter on a 89 prelude 2.0 si. i ran a 17.5 quarter mile the other day, but it tops at exactly 110 all the time. if there is, any suggestions on how to remove it?

I thought most JDM ecus have speed limiters. I didn't think USDMs had speed limiters.....well, atleast i know thats the case with the p13ecus. <--H22 Prelude.

My bad, I did type that backwards. Either way, the speed limiters are at ~118 mph, which is why I think he's drag limited there. I wonder how much ground he has to cover to get up to triple digits?
