TIMING QUESTION HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

okmy timing belt ripped. i took it to the shop and after the mech changes the belt hes now saying that because the timing belt broke the valves got bent or something. hes saying that my h23 head is messed up because of the belt. he saying theres no compression?????? can any one help?

ok, heres your help. either try and find new head and hope it didn't screw up your pistons as well, or just buy a h22
