Just got a ticket for unsafe speed. Anyone know if this carrys points in PA? If so, how many?

 

it probably does, well atleast in jersey it does, pretty close by....if it does, go to court and get it dropped so you dont get points...how fast in what limit btw?

 

i got the same ticket a while ago because i wasn't going the suggested speed around an onramp. i was going 40 in a suggested 30. i got it dropped no questions asked. judge thought it was a retarted ticked.

limit was 45, which I find dumb. I thought it was 65 on 76 east right near the bridge that goes into jersey.

yeah he was...wreckless in jersey is 4 points

either way i think speeding ticket better then wreckless.

your best shot is going to court and trying to get it dropped, your gonna pay a lot more then 115 tho

 

why am i gonna pay alot more than 115

 

120 on a 55 durin 3 in the mornin where there was literally no one around. didnt even attempt to fight it. no wreckless drivin violation. consider yourself lucky.

 

Another option is... call the county prosecutors office & ask if you enroll in a driving class will they drop the charges.

 

your either gonna get points or pay a shitload of money...i'd pay the money to have no points
