ironically lol im driving my friend to go get his lisence and bam a 4th gen prelude. dude was selling it for 1700 initially but it has a couple body things, easy fixes and i got him down to 1300. Only thing that i noticed and might be a issue is that it has a f22 in it. wether the shop did it or what i dunno but thats the only thing. everything besides that was pretty mint

NOOO!!!! dont get it! f22 is the gayest engine ever. wat you are about to get is a prelude S wich meens its the lowest 4th gen you can buy, next up is the prelude SI and it has an H23, a little better but if you siriously want to be satisfied and get the best that you can get you need to get a 1994 and up prelude VTEC, theres a 93 sivtec but i wouldnt get it because 94 and up has the greatest thing in the world for the inside of a car.... a cup holder ^.^ and plus it looks a lot kuuler. i have a 94 vtec and i absolutely adore it. not to mention seeing the peoples face when you can beat the hell out of rsx type s's. plus you can keep up with S2k untill about 100mph. the engine suspension and brakes are WAY better than the s model to. lesten to those other guys, dont go for really cheap or the first thing you see that you can get. im a 4th gen guy but i love 5th gens to so if thats what you think you might want then try driving befor buying because really if you drive a 4th gen i think you will like that more because it is sooo unique and your freinds will have more fun riding in it. trust me

I own a 4th gen, I get mass compliments ALL the time. I thought about selling it and getting an S2k, but in the end I couldn't do it. https://honda-tech.com/zero...ge=16

take a good look at the interior, I did the blue mod all around, I'm pretty sure once You've seen my car the choice between a 4th and 5th gen will become much more clearer.

Not tryn to be mean or anythn but what is so special about your car. I have personaly seen better looking 4th gens, not to mention 5ths.

Lemme know when you get on this level.

Some are just too cocky.

Stock for stock the 5th gen wins on exterior points and 4th gen wins on interior points. Almost the same performance out of the two if comparing VTEC models. There are endless routes to take when upgrading these cars. The route, ultimately, will be made by the owner. To each .. their own. Good luck on your decision.

depends who you talk to. Myself personally I find 5th gen exteriors hideous, especially the front end. ewwww. The headlights on 5th gens are ... gross and the way the bumper lights are I duno how to explain it. The 5th gen is...just another car to me, I know its still a prelude and thats what makes me still like them. But the 4th gens to me are more then just another car to me.

I could sit and look at a 4th gen all day everyday, alot of times my gf will ask me what Im doing when I am just looking out the window at my car parked in the driveway. To me there is no better looking car in production then the 92-96 Prelude. The body lines and curves just spell beauty. Its sex on wheels.

Im all for everyone having their own opinions on things. But some people are just fanboys and dont want to admit a nice car when they see one. So a 5th gen is hideous so what does that make civics and integras etc. BTW 4th gen preludes are not in production anymore so how can you say they are the nicest in production. Have you not seen an NSX or s2000? I mean everyone will have there own opinions on cars and stuff but that sounds a little like fanboizim to me lol.

I meant cars currently in production or that has ever been produced for that matter. Also I admit I see nice cars all the time, everyday I see a new nice car I like. None of my friends drive preludes and alot of them have nice cars. They drive tegs and civics. So please back off me and dont judge me so quick.
Like you said everyone is entitled to their own opinion, mine is I dont think there is a better looking car then the 92-96 prelude. It is my dream car. (excluding the 550 Maranello) but as for cars I will actually own in my life. I am very satisfied with my car now.
Like I said dont get me wrong I still do think there are some nice looking 5th gens, just none that make me really lost for words.
Like in the pic you posted I think tonysaurs car is HANDS down nicer then that 5th gen. Its my opinion tho. Take it for what it is. Nothing more Nothing less.

I owned a 92si with a h23, real real nice car.. the 92-96 was way ahead of its time,
kinda like seeing some 20s in the early 90s. Sold that one to my friend and got a pearl 5th gen sh with leather. Now the pearl and the leather possibly makes my decision biased, but i going with the 5th gen. No regrets.
