I have just had my car repaired from the panelbeaters, upon driving the car i noticed random metal tapping sound coming from the throttle body and intake manifold area (h22a). I noticed there was alot of dirt and small gravel sitting in the intake pipe (past airfilter) since my air filter was removed and without bonnet a lot of crap had accumulated inside. There is no noticable power loose.

This noise is abit like tappets and is randomly occuring or can only be reproduced when gliding in gear under 3400rpm, other times it happens on and off especially just before braking.

What do you recommand i do if, i know a lot of dirt has been sucked into the engine?
I mainly want help in identifying the metal tapping noise, coming from the throttle body area
