Is there anyway on the stock tailights you could chage them some like make some parts more clear or anything any tips or anything?

I guess it depends on what you're looking to do. I saw a fifth gen prelude with the lower, clear half darkened and I think they did something to accentuate the red half because it was particularly vibrant.

I wouldnt do it to my car, but it did look pretty good.
