Ok well as most of you know I picked up my Prelude Saturday and it's in great condition but the engine bay looks like total ****. It looks as if the guy tried to paint the valve cover but he never taped anything off. Anyway looks to me like he used something corrosive on the valve cover to get the old shizz off and it just ended up getting everywhere. I got the red wrinkle paint and aircraft paint removal stuff for the red valve cover project this weekend. Gotta clean up this nasty **** first though. You guys know of anything that can clean up some of that corrosion? It'd be great if I could post a pic but the best I got is a shot of it on my cell. Anyway come on with the suggestions guys...I gotta clean this nasty **** up!
Thanks in Advance!

that'll be the best idea for cleaning it.
As for the valve cover: take it off, get a wire wheel and attach it to a power drill. Buzz off all the shitty paint, and buy a can of GOOD crinkle-coat paint. Make sure you tape off the **** you don't want painted, and make that sucker whatever color you want.
