Default subs in an 01

i was wondering if anyone else had the same problem i do with the rear brake light shroud hitting the back window.
my sys knocks pretty good (not here to brag) so it causes that whole back piece in the window to flex up and rattle like nuts.
a song that does it pretty good is "its been a while" by staind.

does anyone know how to get rid of that plastic rear brake shroud from rattling me to death?

help!

foam weather stripping between the housing and window.

Sure, you can get varying thicknesses and widths at your local hardware store.

since its that easy i think i might have some layin around the house.
casue man i have everything turned way down on the amp right now cause of that horrible rattle lol.

you think that if it hit the back window hard enough it could shatter it?

i have the same problem on mine and i dont even have subs, good ol' alpine decks.

what i did was fold down the back seat and put something on the little ledge of the shroud and put the seat back up, seems to have solved the problem.
