Default Steering Rack Issues.....

since i did my H22 swap in my CL a year or so ago, ive had no power steering and thhe main line unlooped from the rack the same amount of time. knowing in my head i have to eventually loop, just having trouble figuring not the best method to do it, i guess the steering rack eventually dryed out.

so today i tediously poured p/s fluid into the hose through the fitting that bolted to what would be a p/s pump. i used 3/4 of a bottle before i decided to stop.

thinking that putting in the fluid would lubricate the rack again and stop making squeaking and grinding noises on left turns, turns out it didnt, and is doing the same thing.

a. do i need to try and put more fluid in?
b. or is the rack completly seized? if its seized i can easily buy a new and loop that? it would be a waste of time to reloop a seized rack
