Default starter problem?

Quick question, went to start my car tonight(has seemed to have trouble turning over in the cold) and it wouldnt start. Still had electricity so I dont think its the battery. In addition when I turned the key I didnt get the fast series of clicks from the starter. So I figure my starter is toast?

Now if it is the starter I have a 92 H22a so does anyone know if I can just use a USDM starter??

Thanks
Ryan

Is yours a JDM H22? I believe you can use a USDM starter with that setup. Have you tried to tap on the starter and then try to fire up you car? Sometimes tapping on it with a metal object a few times will help and then it will fire.
