Speedometer/odometer function is intermittent. VSS location?
My speedometer has been acting up on me lately. It'll work for a few minutes and then drop to zero. Sometimes during my trip it never works. I'm also throwing a CEL. I'm assuming it's the VSS, but I'm having a hard time locating it.
I know the general location, so I took a picture of what I thought was it, however I've heard that the plug is supposed to positioned vertically where as mine appears to be horizontal.

I took this picture looking down from the passenger's side fender. The gold/bronze tube is my intake. The cabin of the car is to the left of this picture, and the front of the car is to the right.

yes that would be it. Depending on the year and model of the honda, the plug can be attached to a pigtail (horizontal like yours) or can just be a plug which is physically attached to the top (vertical)
